Q - Why would I want a mindreader or even a magician at my event?
A - When you spend so much time preparing, organising and holding an event you want to make sure it is remembered for all the right reasons. The best way to acheive this is to have something there that people are going to talk about, something amazing, something unique and something engaging. Having a magician is one way of making this happen for sure. Although more and more people are realising the value in that so it is a somewhat less exclusive club now. However having a mind reader is something really exciting and exclusive that people are guaranteed to talk about.
Q - Where is Kennedy based?
A - Kennedy is based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, although he travels all over the UK and finds that London and the surrounding areas to be his second home. He often travels abroad to perform.
Q - Is Kennedy psychic?
A - No. Although Kennedy is a mind reader, a psychic entertainer he claims to have no psychic ability that he is aware of. Nor is he in touch with any of the dark arts. He fuses psychology and intuition with hillarious comic wit.
Q - What kinds of things does Kennedy do?
A - He is an expert in all things to do with the mind. That being psychology, mind over matter as well as mind reading. Precisely what he does depends on your event, however you can expect to see him reading people’s minds, predicting and influencing their behaviour as well as bending solid metal with the power of thought.
Q - How do we know if he is any good?
A - It is so difficult to work out which performers are any good and who is just saying they are. Kennedy has a long list of repeat clients that includes the BBC, the NHS and Durham University. Q - Has it ever gone terribly wrong?
A - Since he has been performing for a long time now, from time to time Kennedy doesnt hit it spot on. This is the difference between a traditional magician and what you see Kennedy doing. When dealling with people’s minds, people’s decisions and thoughts there is always an element of risk. Until three years ago he used to gamble £1000.00 in a routine where he would psychologically prevent the other person picking the envelope that contained the money. One night he got it wrong, and rightly paid the gentleman. Sometimes the cost of not being spot on are small and sometimes they are great. If you have Kennedy perform his legendary Russian Roulette, then the consequence of a tiny error is much, much greater.
Q - Can we use Kennedy to get publicity?
A - Absolutely! Kennedy worked with York City Council on a large publicity stunt that gained them coverage in all the press. He then advised for Mini (the car company) on how to launch their new car. Whether it be stunts to get you noticed or launching a new product, Kennedy’s skills can be used to get exactly what you want.
Q - How come he can do this stuff?
A - We are all born with natural abilities, these things have no explanation. Kennedy can not draw, he is a terrible artist. Where as some people are born with a natural ability to create stunning paintings and drawings. Regardless of whether they all went to college and studied art, some people would still do better than others due to their ‘natural’ abilities. You have heard people saying ‘he’s a natural’ before, this is why. So just like some people can draw, others are great literary writers, others are great at accounting, Kennedy is good at reading people. He is skilled in picking up on subconscious cues that people give up that lead him to make bewildering revelations and predictions about them. It is rather like when you see someone and you get a bad feeling about them, there are reasons for this. It is just that Kennedy excels in this.
